All of our training videos are hosted by and streamed to you from Vimeo, which is a highly reliable internet platform. It's not unusual for internet-video streams to stop from time-to-time, however.


If a training video keeps stopping or stalling when you play it, please try the following things to resolve the problem:

  1. Make sure the version of the web browser you're using is up to date;
  2. On the bottom-right corner of the video, select the gear icon (settings) and change the video quality to the lowest number available (when you do this the video won't be as sharp but it should improve the video streaming);
  3. Login and watch the video through a different web browser;
  4. Login and watch the video on a different device;
  5. Disconnect your device from your internet connection and then reconnect to it;
  6. Reboot your WiFi router/modem by turning it off and on again;
  7. Try using a different internet connection, such as switching from Wi-Fi to a wired connection or using another person's internet connection (i.e., at someone else's place).
