We can only transfer a GMAU student account from one person to another when the current account holder has not yet actively participated in the course(s) s/he's subscribed to. 


In other words, we can only transfer an account from you or a family member to another person when the current person has not made any student-journal entries or completed any assignments or tests in his/her GMAU course(s).


If the account does not qualify to be transferred to another person, please invite him/her to set up a new student account with us.


If the account is eligible to be transferred from you or a family member to another person, however, please request the transfer by creating a new student-support ticket here.


When we respond we'll ask you to verify...

  • Your identity
  • Whether you're the current account holder or head student of a family account
  • If you're the head student of a family account, the full name of the current holder of the account you want to transfer
  • The full name, mailing address, and email address of the person you'd like to transfer the account to, and
  • The credit-card information for the ongoing subscription payments.
