If your credit card is still being charged after you've cancelled your GMAU subscription, it's probably because you still have a family member(s) enrolled with us and attached to your card. If you cancelled your subscription but did not cancel your family member(s) at the same time, our payment system will continue to charge you for the family member(s).


If for any reason your credit card is still being charged after you cancel your subscription, please contact us through the GMAU Support Portal. We'll ask you whether any family members or others were included in your GMAU account and, if so, who they are so we can cancel their subscriptions for you.
